Today when I weighed in I was 175.2, thats a loss of 11 lbs in 1 week. I feel good and usually do not have a problem with serving food at work. But we have these chocolate sticks that just really got me going the other day. The smell of chocolate is a beautiful thing. But I made it thru.
I am very proud of myself that I have not cheated at all.
I have lost mostly in the trunk area and some off my legs, but nothing off my flappy arms.
My stats:
Day 7: 178
Day 8: 178.2
Day 9: 177
Day 10: 175.2
My new measurements are:
Hips: 39 1/2
Waist: 32 1/2
Bust: 39 1/2
Chest: 36 1/2
Ribs: 32 1/2

L. Calf: 15 3/4 R. Calf: 15 1/2
A total loss of 10 inches, WOW

Every thing it going great I have been loosing about 2 lbs a day and it feels great.
I have been having a problem with dinner at work. If I take food I cant warm it up so I have taken cottage cheese but last night I gagged on it. So I didnt get my protein. I think my calories yesterday were just under 400.
I was hungry the first couple of days but that is better now.
I also started my TOM yesterday, it doesnt seem to have changed anything for me. I know some people stall during TOM. Something I did noticed was that I was cramping and I dont normally.
Here are my stats.
Day 1 load day: 183.8
Day 2 load day: 184.4
Day 3 start VLCD: 186.2
Day 4: 183.4
Day 5: 181.4
Day 6: 179.8
I have lost about 6.5 lbs in 3 days. I feel different already. I have also been feeling a little run down but that is normal in the beginning.

Ok so I am stoked. My hcg came today. I didnt waist anytime getting started, it is mixed and injected.
I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I am going with yesterdays weight of 183.8, so:
Day 1 load day
wt: 183.8
Breakfast: 2 eggs 1 pc. bacon
Lunch: 1/2 Big Mac and some fries Lg. coke couldnt eat anymore.
Snack: 3/4 of a cheeseburger
Snack: cinnamon sicks from Pizza Hut
Dinner: Chicken alfredo most of a piece of garlic bread
I also had coffee with cream all day and pepsi too.
I have eaten so much I feel like I am going to vomit. ugh.
Here is the damage. My measurements:

Hips: 41
Bust: 41
chest: 38
Ribs: 34 1/2
L. Arm 14 1/4 R. Arm: 14
L. Thigh: 26 1/2 R. Thigh: 26 1/2

I tried taking pics but my camera wouldnt work, I probably broke it. So I used my phone. The software for the phone will not work on my Mac book so I will have to down load them from the other computer.
I am not sure I will post my pics yet so I will think about it.
I will try to put in the rest of my food intake later.

I am going to start the Hcg diet in a couple of weeks. I wanted to create a journal to keep me on track. I think it will help to have some kind of accountability.
I think I will post pictures as well. I am not sure I am that brave just yet.
My projected start time is the first week of September 2008 unless the hcg just happens to show up in the next couple of day. I doubt that it will but I have some hope.
I have all my mixing supplies and needles to start.
I did it a year ago and had really good results but I was depressed and went right back to eating crap. Now I am on an antidepressant and plan to stay on it during the shots.
So I guess I will be back later.
