Today when I weighed in I was 175.2, thats a loss of 11 lbs in 1 week. I feel good and usually do not have a problem with serving food at work. But we have these chocolate sticks that just really got me going the other day. The smell of chocolate is a beautiful thing. But I made it thru.
I am very proud of myself that I have not cheated at all.
I have lost mostly in the trunk area and some off my legs, but nothing off my flappy arms.
My stats:

Hips: 39 1/2
Waist: 32 1/2
Bust: 39 1/2
Chest: 36 1/2
Ribs: 32 1/2

L. Calf: 15 3/4 R. Calf: 15 1/2
A total loss of 10 inches, WOW

Every thing it going great I have been loosing about 2 lbs a day and it feels great.
I have been having a problem with dinner at work. If I take food I cant warm it up so I have taken cottage cheese but last night I gagged on it. So I didnt get my protein. I think my calories yesterday were just under 400.
I was hungry the first couple of days but that is better now.
I also started my TOM yesterday, it doesnt seem to have changed anything for me. I know some people stall during TOM. Something I did noticed was that I was cramping and I dont normally.
Here are my stats.
Day 1 load day: 183.8
Day 2 load day: 184.4
Day 3 start VLCD: 186.2
Day 4: 183.4
Day 5: 181.4
Day 6: 179.8
I have lost about 6.5 lbs in 3 days. I feel different already. I have also been feeling a little run down but that is normal in the beginning.
I am loosing faster than the last time I did this, I was about the same weight too. I think it is because I am more active, because I am working where last year I was not.
